Cooling upgrades?

A few weeks ago I was able to clock my q6600 G0 to 3.6 and run it stable for 10 hours on prim95 on 1.5v with an Arctice Freezer Pro 7. I was able to keep my cpu temps a little under 70 but I had to open the side panels and reconfigure the fans of my p182 to keep my pwm temp from getting really high (without reconfiguring my fan, temps would easily hit 101 C; by reconfiguring them around was able to drop to less then 80; still very high).

I was content with my oc but just decided to keep it at 3.0 at 1.2875v (I can't go any lower volt on my ABIT IP35-E) because I did not want to put my comp under extreme temps however after I got the Accelero s1 and saw that it drastically kept my gpu temps down AND increased my max oc, I considered getting a better cpu heatsink. I checked around and saw that the Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme was extremely good so I purchased that as well as a Scythe SY1225SL12SH (110 CFM, 37 dBA). In addition I purchased a lapping kit (TRUE 120 and lapping kit were both purchased from svc) with the intention of lapping both my TRUE 120 and the cap of my q600 to further reduce temperatures.

So I figured I had cpu temps covered (I hopefully expect to keep temps under 65 at 3.6, 1.5 volts without lapping both and under 60 with lapping both) but I wondered about PWM temps? I want to lower temps to where I can actually close my side pannels and run my stress test but I fear PWM temps going up. I wonder if the TRUE 120 would significantly lower pwm temps but I highly doubt it because it is mainly a cpu cooler. I have an ABIT IP35-E which I hear doesn't really have very good PWM cooling (compared to the ABIT IP35 Pro and others) but I do not know how to cool it? In addition, I do not yet still have a firm knowledge on what PWM is?

Ive read a few posts here at this site so I understand PWM refers to pulse width modulation and in terms of computers, it converts the power from the powersupply to a form to which the cpu can use directly. I also learned (and quite sure that the PWM area of my comp is:

With this in mind, how exactly do I cool this area (if it is infact where the PWM voltage regulators are located)? I was thinking of putting a HR-05/IFX:

in the area (specifically where the blue heat sink is located) but I fear my TRUE 120 would be too long and inhibit the placement of an HR-05/IFX. If that is the case, is there any other way to cool the area?

Also, should I get a HR-05/IFX on my northbridge as it gets extremely hot at 3.6 at 1.5 volts?
