I am looking for something to cool the Ultra - d outside of water

I found these products. What do you think? Will these cool the PWMIC and CHIPSET allowing for better OC

Ya, but will they allow for a better OC? You would think the designer would mention something about that on the website

I want to design my own, what type of person would I take my design to for fabrication?

they may allow a few more mhz since they will cool down the mobo components and will definitely allow a more stable oc as for designing it, why not make it yourself??
