So I am finally got the bug to OC my E8400. It is running on a Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3R using the stock Intel Heatsink/Fan. Looking for some reccomendations for a good Heatsink/Fan that I can OC with. Also whats a good app for monitoring Temps with? Currently using Everest.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
 
i had a xigmatek s1283 on it and got to 4ghz easily with good temps in the 60's. id say grab one of those for abour 30 bucks shipped.
 
Use RealTemp/CoreTemp for monitoring your CPU.
For cooler depends on budget and your OC goal. In my P182 I've had a Scythe Ninja rev.B and now I have a Noctua NH-U12P.
Best bang for the bucks some HDT ones or TR Cogage True Spirit or top dogs like Noctua NH-D14, TRUE rev.C, Prolimatech Megahalems, TR VenomousX.
