cooling server room

I'm shopping for a cooling solution for our company server room.We have about 18 servers and according to our APC Symmetra UPS reading we're at 36% load of 12KWA. My question is how big the AC has to be for this server room.I was thinking to get two of this units:
http://www.apc.com/products/resource/include/techspec_index.cfm?base_sku=ACSC100. What do you guys think, if this will be sufficient?

I would think that one of those units should handle it. Having two might be a good idea in case you want to make sure you have at least one up at all times.

I don't like how they don't list the BTU cooling capacity.

BTU breakdown is listed in the technical specs PDF at least.

How can I calculate BTU based on load percentage and size of the UPS?
