Cooling reccomendations for new system.

It's been a good while since I built a new computer and haven't ever had to worry about cooling issues. I'm only planning on OCing the proccessor and ram, and a little worried about any heat issues I may run into. I'm putting it in a Lian Li case that says it comes w/ 2 80mm fans, should that be enough for now or should I invest in somthing extra? Any advice on what I may need would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
