I know for a fact the third one fits, I have it on mine.(see sig). As for the 256meg versions, isn't the ram laid out different than the 128's? Correct me if I'm wrong. Also, don't EXPECT major o'cing from getting this. I have the R360 core, and I can't get past 411 or so on the GPU... just a "dud". But it is nice that it exhausts the heat outside the case.
