Cooling question

I have a question I was hoping somebody could answer.

I recently bought a Radeon 9600 Pro AIW video card. It is a great video card with one flaw. It is currently the noisiest fan in my PC. It is even louder than the stock AMD fan on my CPU, and quite noticeable.

I looked around a bit. Would a Vantec iCEBERQ4 VGA Cooler be any quieter than the stock fan? Or does anybody have any suggestions for a quieter solution (non-watercooled, that is!).

I would think the vantec would cool it okay, and quieter, I used one before and they're pretty damn quiet, but I don't know how loud your current one is...

I can only say subjectively it seems to be not quite but almost 2x as loud as the stock AMD CPU fan in my system.

thats pretty loud
just pick up a Thermaltake or a Vantec VGA fan for less than 10 bux
