Should I use the manual setting on the Cosair 650 case or should I plug my case fans into the board. I have a ASUS P8Z68-V PRO/GEN3 and a Cosair H100 that I could slap some fans in. I'm just wondering because I'm probably not going to be paying much attention to the temps while in game. I'm thinking it may be a better idea to let the board handle the fan speeds instead of myself. Wondering what you guys think.
 
if they are plugged into the psu then they will sit at 100% rpm which means cooling won't be an issue at all but the noise factor will be a lot higher. so if noise is an issue then let the board control it. with the H100 just leave the fans plugged into the cpu block/controller like they should be and that will control the fans.
