Cooling Question

I have a 3.0 p4 (socket 478) and a x700 pro256 and im looking to get new coolers for them my p4 under load runs around 60c and idles at 50c and my video card when overclocked with load is around 50c i was wondering what you guys recommend for new coolers for them.
 
well the zalman 9500 and scythe ninja are pretty much at the top of the game. SI-120 is also a nice choice.

for your gpu i'd say either a zalman vf 700 or the artic cooling silencers.
