Cooling on a PCI-E 6600GT?

I've got a 6600GT PCI-Express model that I was originally planning on water cooling but I have since veered away from that option.

I was wondering if I should pick up a different cooler for the 6600GT like an Arctic Cooler or something like that, or if the stock cooler was good enough...I might OC a little bit.
 
ive been using just the stalk cooler on mine but its a little noisy. i hear the copper gpu cooler from zalman is pretty good and quiet so you might wanna take a look at that too.
