Cooling for other chips on 8800 GTS G92 after Vmod?

Does anyone know if any of the chips on the PCB of 8800 GTS 512MB other than the gpu and ram needs extra cooling after being vmodded?
I noticed the stock heatsink had thermal pads on the series of 12 (3 per group) little ics along the right hand side of the card
close to the power connector. Now that I've switched to Accelero S1, these little chips are no longer being cooled by anything.

Do those chips need cooling? Would it provide extra stability at higher clock and voltage? Any other chips need cooling? Which one is the voltage regulator chip? Does that one need cooling?

Sorry if these questions are a little noobish, thanks in advance.
 
I'm sure Nvidia had those mosfet receiving active cooling for a reason...
 
that was what I was thinking too, just hoping to have some verification before I go ahead and tear my setup apart to install ramsinks....
