Cooling for i7-3930k

I'm just wondering what is better for i7-3930k a Noctua NH-D14 or Corsair H100? I have the i7-3930k at 4.4ghz at 3.2ghz. I wanna know if Corsair H100 would give better temp and OC at higher voltage. I'm considering swapping my Corsair H100 out of my other pc to put on the i7-3930k if it cools better. If I do put the H100 on the i7-3930k I'm gonna move it into my Corsair 800D Obsidian case instead of the Corsair 600T case.
 
the NH-D14 over all will give you better temps and overclocking, down side is the heatsink is huge and heavy.
 
Oh okay. No need to switch then. I'm not worried about size of CPU coolers I always buy rather large cases with good air flow. I like Full tower cases like HAF X 942 and Obsidian 800D.
 
Obsidian 800d is good airflow? rofl, since when. Haf x and haf 932 are amazing, but not the 800D.

Edit: I didn't mean for that to sound rude at all, i just read everywhere and all reviews say it has terrible air cooling, and the case is MEANT for a watercooled setup.
