Cooling...foglights?

Has anyone used cooling paste/hardware, etc. for cooling other things besides computer hardware?

The reason why I am asking is because I just bought a pair of foglights and although they support 35 watt HID bulbs with no problem they do not do well with 55 watt HID bulbs because of all the heat. I would like to come up with a cooling solution to keep the interior of the fog lights from melting.

What do you guys recommend?
