I have a Shuttle XPC SN45G. I just upgraded a little and added a second hard drive and a Radeon 9800se. It has a 2500 Barton and 512mb of Corsair XMS. I'm not OCed at all but it is still really really hot. What would be the best way to cool the little thing off? I don't have much money either.

Find a way to mod a slow moving 120mm in there? :) Hm... reapply AS3/5?

Haha no I was thinking more along the line of one of those flat 70x15mm fans.

cut out the grill in the back for the ice fan, that will greatyl reduce noise and increase air flow
and ive seen some people toss an 80 -> 120 adapter on there

I agree with DR Evil, that fan cover has got to go...I was looking at one of these last night fopr a second machine...pretty restrictive airflow in there...
