cooling a compaq ml370 Piii server

hi all

i have recently liberated the old company compaq ml370 Piii server as it was being escorted to the scrapeyard. i intend to install linux onto it for my home setup. it will esentially replace the ancient pc that i am currently using as a file server. it is also an oppertunity for me to continue developing my linux knowledge.

however, the dam thing sounds like an aircraft. its kepping the neighbours children 3 doors down awake. it is something to behold. does anyone have any sugestions on how to mod it to quieten it down, such as fans on the processors rather than monster fan at rear etc. also does anyone know where i might be able to buy or aquire this ancient tech
