coolest Idle air temp

My quad (b3) @ stock speeds idle at 37C (25c ambient room temp).

Unless I have magic intake fans that convert ambient room temp to colder air, then it's pretty much spot on. I could never get my cpu at 22C unless I move out of the southern AZ desert.
 
my cpu is sitting around 22-25 degrees C after installing gemini II with 2 120 yate loons and MX-2 thermal compound
