Bump for the heat here in NYC. If only these coolers worked for people!
(just kidding. Water/air cooling uses ambient air to cool surfaces operating above ambient temps down close to levels of ambient but never exactly at or below ambient. The current temps here in NYC is about 91 with human body temps being 98.6 these coolers would be largely ineffective at cooling people down. Not to mention having to carry around a power source to run them!)
