I just got my new stacker and there are couple of VERY annoying things about it. Has anyone else experienced these?

1) This is kinda hard to explain. When installing expansion cards (video, sound, etc) the slot right by the mother board that the back tip of the card is very small. Installing cards is a major pain and I have to keep wiggling it around and apply a LOT of pressure to get it to finally snap into place. And the holes don't line up right on some cards. Neither of my video cards can be screwed in - they're both off by 2mm or so.

2) The front drive covers are also hard to get off and once you have them off, it's a big pain to get them to snap back into place.

I have had the same issues. I took a screw driver and bent the slots a little to help ease my expansion cards in. This has to be done before you mount the mobo tho cause you will scratch it or gouge it if you try with it in there. The front bezels go in/out easier if you can put your hand on them from inside the case. For such a great case it has some build quality issues which CoolerMaster will patently ignore if you complain. It was also supposed to have removeable mobo tray...

The drive bay covers are the worst part of the case IMO. Everything else is great, but they dropped the ball with those covers.

My drive bay covers are easy to get out.

The first couple are the hardest. After then it is a "snap". :D

I've heard about the card issue on the uber expensive 830 too. Which I just bought. i'm really crossing my fingers I'm ok. Cramming in a pair of x1900's will not make for a pleasant afternoon.

Don't sue me if this is wrong, but I -think- the reason why the expansion slots aren't lining up is due to some screwy (heh) stand-offs. That's the only thing I've heard of to fix it. Seeing as how CM has a pretty decent rep, I can't quite believe they'd have that big of a manufacturing defect in their entire line.

Sorry I missed the PM bro. For the first issue, push your board all the way to the right and then screw it in. The bay covers were a pain in the begginning, but after bending them and working with them for a while, things were easier to deal with.

I dont have these issues with neither one of my stackers, so I guess thats a good thing :)

The front bays are hard for the first one, and then easy for the rest... but you do get enough room on the inside to pop them out.

Those are great solutions to the problems with the stacker 810. I was aware of these problems before purchase and they didnt deter me.
