Anyone know how to contact Coolermaster about a RMA?

The email on their website bounces and no one answers the live chat.

Ive had a watercooler i sent back over 3 months ago, 2 months ago they said it was being sent to the warehouse for shipment.
 
I got this number 1-888-624-5099 from doing a Coolermaster support search on google. Try that.

I have tried that number. All the different departments i try go to voicemail. No returned calls when i left voicemails.
 
Had similar issues they were really fast authorizing the RMA and then nothing. They have had this stupid notice there about the warehouse being slow for over a year now. What I suggest is you create an account on the cooler master fan zone and there is a topic there regarding reasons for RMA post your issues there that is the only way I got action with mine.
 
Thanks for the heads up. Another company added to my stay away from list.
