Coolermaster PSU?

Okay, lets get this down first.. im not going to be running any SLI setups or anything.

I'm looking for a good powersupply for about $60

i have looked into the Coolermaster RS-450-ACLX 450w

or any suggestions?

one more thing.. what are these dual 12v rails? i see this one has a 18a and a 16a (amp) rail... so does that mean it has 34a total or what? I'm using the old school atx 1.3 so

Someone here posted a site for the math. I know mine is 18A + 18A = 29A.
Don't remember the formula though.
I think Cooler Master was one of the names mentioned here as an OK brand. I know the HSF in my old HP is a Cooler Master. So, maybe they can't be that bad.
I'm thinking I might build a cheaper computer with some Cooler Master parts once Newegg comes to Canada.
