Get the Thermaltake, but don't expect much from it and keep external backups of your important data.
The quality of both is very low, and fan noise is just going to be what it is. The Thermaltake is the only one that guarantees it can work with computers built since 2013.
The CoolerMaster review I read (from a reliable source, JonnyGuru/OKWolf) summed its poor performance and build quality up as "buy something else." It wasn't even within allowable operating specifications and could fry a computer.
