Im hoping some Coolermaster REP will see this as contacting customer service doesnt seem to work...
i got my usb 3 "adapter cables" from coolermaster. useless. you still have to use the 3 ft extension cables that came with the case, making the total cable length now 3 ft 6 inches (approx) to access the midboard connector. this is just stupid. the cables on the front panel come off easily. why can we not just get some cables with a reasonable length that go right from the panel to the header???? imo this was just sloppy on coolermaster's side of things. i shouldnt have to buy another header and modify it to fit the haf-x panel ... anyone found a better solution yet? or has coolermaster got some secret new cable that they should have released in the first place available now?

I also have an issue with the HAF X I just received earlier this month. From all the reviews I have read, the front USB 3.0 cables should be easily replaced with USB 2.0 cables (with standard motherboard headers).

But my HAF X's USB 3.0 cables are soldered onto the PCB. You can't unplug them. I didn't get any USB 2.0 cable.

How am I supposed to know that the case I'd receive is different from all the reviews out there that say that swappable USB 2.0 connections are supplied? This is just ridiculous.
