I just recieved this case via fedex thanks to newegg. Great shipping. Nothing wrong with case, even the corners of the box were still perfect.

One thing, is it possible to remove the front and top panels to have access to the cooling fans?

I am switching them out with blue coolermaster ones and putting fan filters on each.
 
front panel is removed using a hex bit and removing the six screws. to remove the grill just use a phillips head screwdriver. The top fan just removes by unscrewing it underneath.
 
You could remove the grill w/o remove the entire front plate.

You MUST have a long thin magnetic tip philip screw driver.

When you remove both side panels, there should be holes on the side to access the little screws for the grill.
