Alright I want to go the watercooling route and iv pretty much decided i want a already put together system my question is mhz for mhz which one is better, i want to get some good numbers out of my 2400+ mobile, and if anyone could reccomend a good water block that would be kickass as well.

exos man. all the way. i have a P43.2c runs at 25C idle with the exos and the CPU200 waterblock i hit 4ghz no problem with only about 2 degree increase, maxes out at 33C under full load, plus i have 2HD coolers, one video and one northbridge cooler, and its still cool to the touch. i cant find a way i could ever overheat it

How quiet is the Exos compared to say a 80mm Smart Fan 2

Exos is super quiet. The triple fans makes all the difference. The exos is a way easy to setup package. Very easy to fill and bleed and has dual pumps. 3/8 OD hosing is the only setback to Koolance. Get the 300wat CPU300 cooler and make sure you choose if you want the vertical fitting or horizontal. Of course I didnt and got the horizontal. =[
