It's all a matter of perspective. A little rugged, but I love the 932 which holds my rig. To OP, this case has been around for a while, so it's been competing with the 1200 for a long time, not really just a "replacement".

If you hate the 932 you can always get the ATCS840 for some more cash.

I think the ATCS840 is pretty blah looking. I'm sure it's a well made case, but not my first choice by any means.
 
I dunno I like the clean look of the ATCS840 tbh, its not as blah as some of the antec cases I've used in the past
