Anyway the red color scheme for the front and side fans isn't my thing, otherwise I'd be all over it. I hear the airflow in this beast is fantastic though.

Yeah there was a thread about it before it was released... kinda gaudy.. but if you like the INDUSTRIAL look I think this suits that.

I built a new system last week using one of these cases.
I like the industrial appearance, but I realize this is very subjective.

Pros:
1) It's big. LOTS of room for drives, large video cards, etc....
Very easy to work with, even without a removable motherboard tray.
2) Excellent Cable Management
3) Quiet, but with lots of air flow due to the fan size
4) The front fan glows an evil red.

Cons:
1) It's big. Was a bitch to carry rig upstairs to my computer room.
2) Power and HDD lights LED's are super bright (projecting light across the room bright, serious, not kidding there).
Did Cooler Master buy a overstock of blue flashlight LEDs for these things?

3) Black paint on the case seems to scratch fairly easy if not careful.

i did and there was only a thread mentioning this case and another. no dedicated thread about it nore of anyone mentioning of having one

The most comparable case to it is the Antec 1200, and it is in many ways what the 1200 should have been as far as convenience features and just plain smarter design. The first time you have to remove both side panels and 24 thumb screws in order to clean your 3 front air filters on the 1200, you start to doubt the intelligence level of Antec's designers.

not a fan of the red.
CM will have a new case ATC 840 would be a lot more classy.

That ATC case looks dead-sexy. If it were out 3 days ago, and under/around $200, I'd have bought it.

I expect it will come in a bit on top of the Cosmos S, around $240+, and then go down over time.

I don't think CM wants to compete head to head with Lian Li for the uber-expensive market, but then again...Silverstone has been really sucking it up lately, imo, and some of Lian Li's cases have been vastly over-priced. They might think there's a slot in the market open.
