cooler master V8 vs a water cooling solution

Depends on the watercooling setup. A kit made up of a decent waterblock and pump combined with a sufficient rad would outperform it, but one of those cheap pre-made kits by companies like Thermaltake and Coolermaster would most likely fall behind.
 
so it means a good water cooling system will always outperform the best air cooling?
please suggest one for corei7
 
You'd best head over to the watercooling subforum for suggestions. I'm not very up to date with the latest and greatest WC gear.
 
Depends how much you want to spend. I'll never to water cooling because of the price.
