Neoseeker has published a review of the Cooler Master TPC-812 cooler today for those of you interested. According to the review, this cooler performs well and is easy to install.

When you start to consider the TPC-812's features, the value really begins to add up. It sports six heatpipes each measuring 6mm in diameter and is the first cooler ever to use dual vertical vapor chambers. It also includes a solid copper base along with a new fin design ensuring that the heatsink receives a higher concentration of cooler air.

I have seen reviews where this cooler can't beat a hyper 212+ and then I see reviews where it beats it handily.

Must be installation errors or something.

Am I the only one who noticed that their charts show "AMD 2700+ - WINXP - RADEON 9700"?

Yeah, I believed those good reviews so picked up one. No installation error here. It doesn't perform much, if any ,better than my Hyper 212+ did on my 2500k. And it is the cooler, not the case cooling or anything else. I certainly don't think it would compete with the high end Noctura or Thermalright coolers. Certainly not worth the cost difference with the 212+ IMO.

If you'll notice, the vapor chambers appear like they would work only if the case were mounted in a horizontal desktop configuration - like the bench setups the reviewers us
