Carrying handles aren't a new thing. In the early days case modders would attach their own to make moving their system around a little easier. This sort of thing was often associated with LAN gaming and the trend just kinda stuck.

Not really a fan honestly.

Its nice looking, just wouldn't be my choice.
 
Strange. I have the first version and just purchased the new scout 2 and would buy either again if I had the choice.

Incredible Case(s)! But a case with a handle is required for me.
