Cooler Master Quality Issues

I just purchased a Stacker Evo. Now that I am trying to assmble my new rig I noticed that the Video cards will not seat properly in the PCI-E slot. The cards sit about 1/4 inches (6-7mm) above the top of the expansion slot. No amount of adjusting will make it seat properly. It appears that the motherboard is to close to the expansion slots to alow the video card to seat properly. In addition I noticed that the motherboard standoffs are not the correct lenght. I do not know if this is a contributing factor to graphics card issue or not. I have been in contact with Coolermaster on both of these issue, but at this point my frustration level is at maximum. I am starting to think RMA at this point and looking for something else rather than wait weeks to resolve this issue via Coolermaster. I bought the Stacker because I thought all of the quality issues had been resolved with version 1. Anyone else having these issues?

Pictures of how the video cards sit would be great.

How do you like this case? I want one, but i don't know if it's going to be any better than a TJ09 in terms of cooling. What PSU have you got in there?

I am using an Enermex Galaxy 1000 with no problem. There is room left over to to allow the cables to be dressed without difficulty. I am of two minds on the case at the moment.
While I like the extra room, cooling capability, and the removable MB tray, the hard drive cage leaves a lot to be desired. Having to unscrew the HDD cage, remove it from the case, pull of the side brackets, screw the HDD in place, replace the side brackets, put the cage back in the case and screw it down is the worse design I can think of given all of the advances in this area. The fact that I have to bend the brackets on the video cards and the sound cards in order for them to fit between the edge of the MB and the expansion slots is just wrong. I am thinking that the hole pattern on the MB tray is off slightly. I have not had this issue with other case I hae owned. The standoffs that came with the case are the wrong lenght. CM is sending me replacements. So while I wait for the new standoffs I am really reevaluating my decision to buy this case.

I was thinking about getting the Evo too. The reviews say its an awesome case, but I don't know who to trust now...

Thank you, jstenuf. The PSU you have is just about the same size as the Silverstone OP1000, which is what i plan on getting. 'Planning on posting some pictures of your new case (and maybe a shot of the PSU area for me :D)?
Also, how's the build quality?
I hope you get it up-and-running soon with the new stand-offs.
