Can't say that I like the direction in which Coolermaster is going. Glad I hung on to my Praetorian.

Honestly, I like the gimmick design of it. I just don't like how the "power crystal" of the black version is orange. Red, blue or green would have been far better :/.

This case = love. I look at the black edition and immediately think of the hunters from halo. That case is beautiful.

To each his own I geuss. You see that case and think love - I see that case and think Thermaltake.

What happened to these days?

I love black cases, but I don't care much for the orange power indicator. The silver edition's blue is better.

Cooler Master hasn't released a "good" looking case since the original Praetorian and Wavemaster days. Those two cases were the last nice cases that they released. It's sad to see a company like Cooler Master shift its direction so drastically that one can't even recognize it, or its designs anymore. Thank god for Silverstone!

For the price that it's selling for, it should have a removable motherboard tray.
I personally think it has too much "optimus-prime bullshit" and the front bezel needs to be brown-bagged.

werd.

i recently picked up a centurion 534 which imo, is one of their only clean looking cases nowadays...

I've always used CM cases but i can't help but start looking at Lian-Li's and Silverstones lately for future builds.

I must disagree. Though they are starting to go the way of most of the other cases manufacturers in terms of overdone, riced-out cases, I absolutely love my new Stacker 810. It is functional with a sleek and simple design.
