If you are looking for a reasonably priced heatsink, the crew at Overclockers Club recommend the Cooler Master Hyper D92 CPU cooler.

The list of improvements include the use of direct contact heat pipes to improve efficiency, as Cooler Master has successfully used on other models. The D92 uses dual 92mm 4-pin PWM fans in a push / pull configuration to effectively move the air through the cooler, and the offset design keeps the dead air space behind the fan hubs to a minimum. The mounting system for the new fans is also impressive, as are the retained mounting screws on the base.
