I'm sorry, but thats the most hideous thing ever. I love my HAF, but its an ugly case to start with, thats horrible lol.

Hm.. not bad. reminds me of the Thermaltake Xaser cases.

I need you need more red on the other parts of your case, not only your front bezel. Try your side panel.

+1

And why did you not paint the bay cover beneath the DVD drive? Could you have moved the drive to the top and painted all the bay covers?
At least it would be a bit more uniform...

Don't get me wrong, the paint job looks good... but just the taste of it, the colors.

I love my HAF. It's a very industrial looking case and I like that. However, I am sorry to say, that the paint does nothing for the case except make it pretty ugly man.

Jbarr, don't worry about it man. Not everybody has the same tastes. Looks like you did a good job with the painting. I would probably go ahead and paint the one 5.25 cover that you left black, maybe paint the cd/dvd drive cover too? Just needs some little things to pull it together. Maybe you could paint the rest of the mesh on the front too. the little pieces on each side of the lower section.

I agree, it sort of looks like you didn't like it yourself and stopped. Move the drive up top and paint the last drive bay at least.

If you go the whole hog and paint the drive cover, pull of the front IO port at the top and do it too (it comes off easily).

I'd say go with a darker color red, and if possible, paint only the mesh parts if you know what i mean... so tape off the boarders of the drive things and the front so that only the slits are colored so it doesnt look so square where you've painted... its not a bad idea... just a bad color choice i think... to bright and cheap looking

RED & Black or White & Black like another member did it here but that collor ugh

I say paint those inserts BLUE, and change the fan led's to blue. I hate red / black themes, but this is just my opinion.

Its very bright. I personally would have chosen something a bit more restrained, but taste is subjective, and if you like it, that's all that really matters anyway.
