There is a review of the Cooler Master Elite 371 posted at OCIA today. This review is definitely worth checking out if you are looking for a budget case.

Today we are going to take a look at another case that was introduced at CES 2011. The Cooler Master Elite 371 was on display at Cooler Master's suite at the Bellagio, so we had a chance to preview this one a few months back. My impression at the time was that it looked like a solid budget case but now we will get to put it through the paces for a full evaluation.

Lots of fan mounting spots = good
Putting a fan spot in the top front where most optical drives are too long to offer clearance to use of said fan spot = bad

Why do case manufacturers keep doing this? I know they can't test dozens of burners but for the love of God, leave more space between the front of the case and the top frontward fan spot. Either make the case 1" deeper or move the mount points a little further back. The Nzxt Gamma build I'm doing has the same exact problem, and I thought it wouldn't (since Samsung burners seemed to be smaller in depth than anyone else's to me).
