If the holes are spaced properly to just mount an 80mm fan then I would assume you can use regular fan screws.

A good quiet 80mm fan would be a panaflo low rpm fan... Look for something under 30 dB

an 80mm fan should fit the same holes that the air duct is mounted to. if you're not afraid of drilling into the side panel, i would suggest going with a 120mm fan instead.
