Hey folks, I'm thinking of getting the ATC 210. It's the best looking case I've ever seen. Now days they're just plain boxes or really glitzy and cheesy. Anyway, this thing doesn't seem to have much ventilation. Would a 120mm blow hole in the top do it? I was also thinking of putting something in the side opposite the window to blow on the HDD cage. I'm going to be running an Opteron 165 (OCed) and a 7800GT.

First off, nice name. Second, are you a Mac fan by any chance? That's what that case reminds me of.

Looks like a good case to me. Remember, side exhaust near the video card is much better than intake. Intake in front of the HDDs is a good idea, it might also work from the window side. A blowhole might be good, but I'd cut less at first and only add that on later.

Btw, your setup sounds like what I want. How is it working for you?

Well, it would be working for me if it weren't for the lousy Christmas breaks these postal workers get. :p

I bought this case on sale about 2 years ago. I simply laid out a grid on the front and used a drill press to drill about 4 or so holes then beveled the edges of each hole. Looks good and functions well. If I remember when I get home I'll take a pic.

I meant 40 holes in my last post. I also replaced the blue plexiglass on the front with some regular clear stuff.

can you take a pic of it far away? and how much did the case temp drop?

I never ran it before drilling holes. It was obvious that there was not going to be nearly enough cooling for the HDs.
