quick question

I am building a computer for my girlfriend so she can play the upcoming sims 3. i have an extra XFX GTX 260 core 216 that I am going to give her. And I have the age old question of, will the 550w psu that comes with the CM690 run this?

9950BE 140w cpu
XFX GTX 260 core 216
250gb hdd
dvd drive

she obviously wont be using this for overclocking. sims, internet, chat, yada yada.
