Cooler Master 212, missing bracket?

Has this happened to anyone else? I picked up a CM 212 from Newegg which arrived today, and the AMD plate just straight up isn't there. I'm not using it for an AMD chip which is a relief, but i would've been pretty pissed if the other bracket was missing. I can't seem to find any reviews on Newegg of this happening, just terrible luck?
