I need to know a good cooler that only takes up one pci slot, cause I got a M-atx mobo and I only got 2 pci slots and the last one is being taken by my Soundcard.

Can anyone recommend some good ones?

If anyone upgraded the cooler on their x1800xt or x1900xt and want to sell the stock cooler, I'll buy it from them for $17 shipped.

The vf-900 will take up the slot next to the graphics card. So the cooler only takes up 1 slot, but both the gfx card and cooler will take up one pci-x slot and one pci slot.
 
the mosfets arent cooled by the heatsink, if you are thinking of the ram though then the HS comes with passive heatsinks for those.
 
No I know the zalman cooler comes with heatsinks for the ram, but I was asking if I should get heatsinks for the mosfets.
 
^_^ kk, O one thing, If I install the vf900, wouldnt the soundcard block the air coming out from the zalman? or would it still be ok?
 
The temperatures should still be better than the stock cooler.
However, to get best performance, try fitting a fan pointing towards the vf900 (even a low rpm silent fan would work), as it then should circulate the air around the gfx card a bit more.
