It says it has mounting holes for 1151, so at the very least, it will mount on the motherboard.

Not sure how well it will do, though, and can't tell either if you'll have RAM clearance issues, PCIE clearance issues, and case clearance issues. The latter three will depend on your specific motherboard and case.

It is small enough it should fit without any problems.
