Cooler for i5 3570k

Hello, I'm going to replace my stock cooler from i5 3570k. I'm not going to OC, so the silent it is important, and second performance. The case is Cooltek Timaios (with 160mm max. high for cooler). I stopted at this 2 : Mugen 4 and Kotetsu. In some test Kotetsu is at least same performance as Mugen 4. Should I go for Kotetsu?
