So i've got This motherboard and This case.
Finally have something in the budget to replace the stock cooler (the latest in the quiet this thing down project)

My problem is I don't know what the heck would fit in this thing and still be fairly quiet.
Anyone have any suggestions? Something 120mm would be nice if it will fit. Newegg has an absolute ton and i'm a bit out of touch with coolers. (my default choice of a 212+ or evo will rather not fit)

You probably can't fit a 120mm in there. A 92mm might be a better fit. Your vertical clearance space is what you're going to have to worry about. Also, what CPU will you be using and how hard will you be using it? With that said, here's a few:

Actually the last one is only for AMD, but I have an identical one for Intel chips (that I bought at Microcenter) running on my server with a Sandy Bridge Pentium dual core. Using the mobo to control the fan speed, it's basically inaudible, although there's amost no CPU load.

Lower end dual core chip. hardly sees any load at any given moment. (edit: looks like it's a A4-3400 according to my newegg history)
definitely an interesting choice or two in there.

The CPS8900 Extreme is the best low profile cooler you can buy. Period.

ooh, shiny, may have to see if I can dig up a diagram on that one or something, see if it'll fit over the memory.
