Cooler cpu=cooler video card?

currently i am using the stock cpu fan for my Q9400. if i buy a Xigmatek dark knight, would my video card also gets a little cooler due to the handling?
 
it might lower ambient tempatures in the case which in the end result have the possibility of lowering gpu temps but read reviews i personally dont know much about that cooler.
 
It will not change your GPU temperatures unless it somehow improves your case airflow (which is a possibility). However, any difference would probably be minor.
