I use it to get access to the overclock. It works fine, no problems. using it with 61.76 now.
 
bfg geforce gt, clocked at 400/1000. After reboot no problems here. I check the clock settings after boot and they are still at 400/1000. I only clock 3d at 400 and 2d at 370.
I found you can't have two seperate memory clocks for 3d/2d though.
 
it seems to be the driver versions about which ones wont save overclocks.

i was using the 6171 they were fine. 6172 and it wont save my o/c settings
 
Working fine here latest whql drivers on nvidia's site running a 6800 GT at 400mhz 1100mhz on the ram.
