Ok so heres the thing, i got my loop together yesterday, after running for about 4 hours with my dangerden filport and res half full at the begining, the coolant was empty.....theres no leaks...all i can think of is that its evaporating???? any insight from the water gods? fluid is Feaser 1

it cant evaporate in a closed loop. it was the the air from the radiator and water blocks collecting in your fill tube, put some more coolant in and it should be ok, (that is if there are for sure no leaks)

Don't worry about it, the filling and running over the first few days will remove all the small pockets of air and the micro air bubbles that are stuck in the water.

what pump are you running..

I found that with my MCP655 pump.. faster I run the pump faster i get the bubbles out of the Radiator.

I'm guessing from experimenting with differnt flow rates
slower flowrate=longer time to get bubbles out

It's normal when first filling a system to have to keep topping it off to get the system full of fluid and displace the air that was there before you filled it. Keep topping it off and keep an eye on it. It won't be evaporating and if you keep experiencing the problem, chances are you have a leak and then you'll find the missing fluid!

yeah i figured it was bubbles too, but i just didnt realize how much air could still be stuck in the system....and i mean ALOT. i left it running last night and it appears to be leveling off. i topped it off and left it for 4 hours, came back and it didnt drop even close to as much as it did previously

Move that rad around some and you will get more out of the little hidden areas in your loop...
