I always leave it off. If you've got enough cooling you shouldn't need it. Generally enabling CnQ seriously hinders overclocking headroom. Not to mention that it's really annoying that your computer only runs fast when it thinks it needs to.
**edit** I heard somewhere that it's not comatable with dual core processors and a certain version of 3dMark. Can anyone confirm this?
