I saw this idea on another forum. There should be an option in FS/FT/WTB topic that if u pay like $5 via paypal to you the thread would be stickied for like a few days. Thanks :)

dont you guys just sticky important info? if you got paid it would obviously be your choice, but then im sure alot of people would sticky it and have like 3 or more pages of stickys. just my thoughts.
 
lol, then there would be no chance for others 2 sell their items. But, if the price is high then it would be better because some people arent selling huge items.
 
The biggest drawback would be the sheer number of stickies and the bumping problem would still be there...then there's the problem of the management of the paypal accounts. I don't think Kyle would have the time to babysit the FS/T forums financial doings......it would be a logistical nightmare in the making. It may work at smaller boards, but I think the volume of traffic here in FS/T forums would be a major drawback.
 
ya, this was on a smaller forum, Like half of the fisr page was stickies, I could imagine [H] lol, like 5 full pages of em.
 
$100 to have your FS thread on the Front Page? Wouldn't have to sticky it, just hard link it :)
