Converting psd to pdf

I need to convert a psd file to a pdf. Is there a free program to do this? Probably not. I have pdf xchange on my laptop, but it's the DE version, so it won't do it.

If there are no free utilities for this, would somebody do this for me please?

Lastly if not, what would be a good, inexpensive program to get to do this?
