I have an Onkyo TX-DS939 Receiver and an Audigy Platinum 1 SC & LD. I have looked through the manual several times to figure out if I can use Video 7 to record the LPs to my HHD. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I assume that I would need a program like Steinberg's Clean or Sound Forge to record and edit the music.
 
im assuming the receiver has RCA? rca => stereo mini jack => line in.
perhaps i misunderstood what you said.
