converting industrial enclosure into a case

I recently acquired an industrial water chiller that is in an enclosure that I think could be transformed into a killer pc case.What I'm curious about is what needs to be considered as far as grounding is concerned. If there are any other obscure things that need to be considered please tell me.

i just make sure everything on the inside is secured by some sort of metal and then all that metal is touching. Then make sure all of that is connected to the PSU. power supply has a ground on it. ;)

never had any problems with this method.
 
Actually, provided everything is wired correctly, you don't need the case grounded for functionality - it's more a safety and rf interference issue. For example, plexi cases run just fine and they obviously aren't grounded.

So long as you have a connection between the psu and the case (the mounting screws usually serve this purpose), you're all set.

true, but you dont even need the psu grounded! it grounds through the wall outlet too! i have an acryllic case, and it was in fact scary at first but a year later still no issues!
